A Patch hotfix to compliment the latest version, with some quick balance updates and crash fixes, most notably for the AI matches and AI targeting.

Various fixes for AI matches and some improved balance fixes that come direct from quick community feedback and further balance tweaking.

Fix the crashes when AI takeover happens when an opponent leaves the battle.
Stop AI from re-using the same ability when a player quits out from a match.
Fix for attack tile being invalid and sometimes causing issues with the AI targeting.
Fix for dual wielding Candy Cane Daggers and DoppelDaggers causing some issues in matchmaking.
Remove the free-movement controls in battle mode after a player has gone into adventure mode.

Doom status effect tick counter is now 14 instead of 12.
Root status effect is broken when doing damage to the target now.
Reduce the overall damage done by Monsters/Undead so that Zombies are not too overpowered when combined with other balance changes.
Modify the starting HP for different armor class character.

Add torment status effect to the Squire Slingshot.
Add regen to Squire Banner Wave.
The previous change to the Squire Eye Poke ability was an over-nerf and had unintended consequences by removing it as weapon damage, so this change has been reverted now back to weapon based damage. The Squire class was already under powered in relation to other classes, so some of the other recent balance changes really hit the Squire hard, so we feel giving back some utility and power to the Squire class is necessary.

Blue robot racial takes twice as long to charge, so is every 6 turns now instead of 3.
