We've been stoking the fires and sharpening our tools, and now it's time for the grand reveal—our new Voxies Marketplace. Our dedicated team has worked very hard on the new experience and design to bring you a platform like no other. Its launch marks not just a completion of a project but a testament to our commitment to provide you with an immersive and seamless experience. But this is just the beginning. In our quest for perfection, some projects demand more time and effort, and our game optimization with Unity is one such endeavor. As we gear up for a big launch this fall, we want you to know that we’re putting all we've got into this. This isn’t just another update, it’s a major leap in our journey and part of the most significant marketing push in our history. Get ready to witness Voxie Tactics like never before!
Our goal is to provide feature parity at launch, with some improvements, then regularly add new features. You can look forward to improved graphics, a revamped battle UI that's more intuitive and better looking, support for any screen resolution and ratio (including full screen), a more secure game, and anti-cheat features.
Behind the scenes, the Unity version and the new Unity Team will allow for more regular and meaningful updates, as well as better Quality Control. Post-Launch updates will include full controller support, new maps, new game modes, and even support for Mac OS/Linux and mobile. We're also working on a Single Player Adventure mode!
We believe in the power of evolution, and that's why we're working to implement changes to our ELO and Rental system. It's an exciting transition that aims to reshape how you interact with Voxie Tactics.
Elo decay is a mechanism that encourages players to stay active in the game. It's triggered when a player remains inactive or does not engage in matches for an extended period. The player's Elo rating gradually decreases over time until they resume playing matches. This system prevents top-ranked players from monopolizing the leaderboard without playing regularly. Once a player resumes playing matches, their Elo rating will start to adjust again based on their performance in the new games.
We're also working on making our rentals service more reliable with little to no downtime and faster response times.

For the thrill-seekers and the seasoned players alike, we have some exciting news. We're crafting a new battle pass and a new adventure pack that are sure to take your Voxie adventures to new heights. Whether you're just starting your journey or have been with us for a while, there's going to be something exciting in store for you.
New Battle Pass: These battle passes will give you access to exclusive cosmetic items and a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction as you complete challenges and milestones. You'll level up and earn rewards along the way, enhancing your gaming experience with the added motivation and excitement of working towards new unlocks and rewards. You'll also be able to participate in special challenges that are exclusive to Battlepass owners, providing additional opportunities for rewards and achievements.
New Adventure Pack: We're also introducing specially curated bundles with diverse benefits for players. These include three recruit resets for player progression, potions for strategic advantages in PvP Extreme Arena, a captivating cosmetic pet for companionship and engagement, and a fun explorer's backpack with unique items.These Adventure Packs are designed to attract new players with exclusive items, enhance gameplay experience and competitiveness, and generate revenue through competitive pricing and enticing items.

Launching with a flourish at Voxies.io, our new Marketplace is the culmination of endless hours of hard work and creative brainstorming. We've designed a smooth, intuitive, and immersive platform that serves as the pulsing heart of our gaming universe. Not just a marketplace, but an extension of the world of Voxie Tactics.
Our mission to revolutionize the Web3 gaming experience takes a gigantic leap forward with this revamped Marketplace. It's not just a facelift—it's a powerful embodiment of our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in web3 gaming.
With an emphasis on improved user interface and user experience, this revamp marks the laying of a strong foundation for an array of feature updates that will soon follow. The aim is to create an ecosystem that elevates the Web3 gaming experience to an unparalleled level.

At Voxies.io, we are constantly seeking to provide more accessible and versatile gaming solutions. In line with this, our upgraded Marketplace now supports a wider range of web3 wallets through our new Wallet Connect feature. We have also made it possible for players to explore our Marketplace without the need to connect their wallet first, offering a smooth onboarding process.
And when you visit your profile page? Well, we’ve listened to you and we've carved out a personal corner just for you. Your profile page is a treasure trove of your achievements, collections, and listings—your unique story in the world of Voxie Tactics. With our brand-new user interface, you can now create a listing faster than ever before, and manage your purchase history and rented items, all in one convenient location.
And remember, this is just the beginning of our journey together in the new Voxies Marketplace. New features, updates, and improvements will keep rolling out. And we promise, you won’t want to miss a thing!
Over the past month, we've been putting a lot of effort into our data analysis tools and tightening up some policies and player rules related to cheating and bad player behavior. You may have noticed that we took action against some individuals for being idle in matches and also quitting out of matches to avoid a penalty, trying to get into other matches quicker than would normally be possible. These bans were intended to send a message to those players and also to inform the player community that this type of play is not acceptable. Players should never be "AFK" in a match - this is both frustrating for the opponent and also fosters a negative griefing attitude, which is not in the spirit of Voxie Tactics.
We've also improved our quit timeout penalty and other factors related to players quitting matches that they don't want to play. We always try to foster a fair-spirited game and play environment, and we encourage all players to play in the matches they are presented with. However, there are times when matchmaking might not be 100% balanced and if players decide to leave a match early, there is the option to do that BUT the quit penalty must be observed when this action is taken. Therefore, we've worked on these systems to direct the players in a more sportsman-like play style, and we'll be improving this on a continual basis as we head towards our brand new Unity release of the game.
We know that we have a very dedicated and passionate community and player base that are eager to assist and help with our crackdown on cheaters. While we encourage players to submit tickets and send in support for anything that appears suspicious and worth reporting, we would like to remind players that discord should not be used as a tool to accuse or witch-hunt other players, or to attempt to victimize other players.
Speaking of the Unity release of the game, there will be many factors of the game and play styles that will be shaken up once the Unity game is released, so it's better for players to adapt to this change in attitude now. For example, one of the core aspects of the game that will be changed with the Unity release is that instead of favoring faster matches in Voxie Tactics as the preferred way to maximize the rewards after a battle, the reward system will be modified to better reward players who play smarter and better, rather than quickly. This will also include improved leaderboard and ranking rewards for players that are the most competitive and are ranked higher in the leaderboards. Another example is the systems that are in use to deter players from quitting out of matches super early, to avoid a long or competitive game, will be modified so players don’t want to just quit and give up early and get rewarded for actively participation in an effort towards winning, even if they ultimately lose the battle.
The synergy between our marketing team and Polygon has created a unique GameFi Campaign which will be launching later this month. We've also put considerable effort into producing educational content around Voxie Tactics, which we hope you'll find valuable.

We've actively begun posting on our TikTok account and have grown 8k followers since launch. We're pushing fun and cute content, so check it out to see your world of Voxies in a different light. We have new growth plans for Twitter, so be on the lookout! Our ambassadors continue to push content and we're looking to onboard some new ones!
Our team is growing and evolving, just like our vision! We’re hiring 2 new members to support our Unity project and we’re working with a new contract artist to refine our look and feel to interpret the Voxies as 2D illustrations for marketing purposes.
