Tournaments are promoted and sponsored by AlwaysGeeky Games Inc. (the "Sponsor"). By participating, each participant (the "Participant") unconditionally agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all respects. The odds of winning depend on the number of players competing during the Tournament Period. If banned we can retroactively remove points from player and owner rental rewards.
Tournaments are open to all, excluding employees or immediate family members of the Sponsor. Eligibility is subject to local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant without providing an explanation and may cancel, suspend, or terminate the Tournament at its discretion without prior notice.
Each Tournament begins and ends on set dates and times (the "Promotion Period"). Results will be announced, and prizes will be distributed the weeks following.
Participants can enter by competing in battles within the designated Arenas during the Tournament Period. Final player ranking is based on performance metrics outlined by the Tournament (eg. Points, Wins).
Standard data charges may apply based on the Participant’s internet or mobile provider rates. All entries are subject to review, and any breach of the Official Rules will lead to disqualification.
Participants are eligible for prizes based on their ranking on the leaderboard by the end of the Tournament.
Winners will be selected based on their ranking on the leaderboard at the end of the Tournament Period. The official list of winners will be posted on voxies.io
Winners may be required to verify their identity and comply with any additional Sponsor requirements within a specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate Winner will be chosen.
All prizes are provided "as is." The Sponsor is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred as a result of participation in the Tournament. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability, so these exclusions may not apply.
The Sponsor is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or acts of God. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules during the Promotion Period. Any modification will be announced via official communication channels.
All information submitted by Participants and collected by the Sponsor in connection with the Participant’s entry will be subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice available at: https://www.voxies.io/terms-and-conditions. By participating in the Giveaway, Participant hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Notice.
